TabataPro Timers are great but interval timers are better! Why? Because it keeps you aware of how long you’ve been working-out. There are many online timers out there but to be frank, I find them difficult to use. This Tabata timer is simple and easy to use and you can use it online for FREE as well as their APP! Use it for weights, body-weight excercises, cycling, running, walking. Tabata training has it’s benefits, short intense workouts that can be completed in 15mins but give out results. You can design your tabata workout however seems fit. If you want more info on how Tabata works visit: http://tabatatraining.org/ It’s a simple website that shows you how it works.
Bodyrock is not just simply a fitness website but it’s considered a community. People on this site take their workout seriously. What I like most about this website is how the workouts are quick but intense. If you need modification they will give it to you and the body weight exercises are a no-excuse workouts so you can do them anywhere. It works and it will stick and it is addictive, when I said intense it will leave you out of breath! After all that is what we are looking for! The website is FREE! Enjoy! =)
