Call me KelKel and my current journey is to drop to a healthy 120lbs to become a strong and lean machine of awesomeness. I follow only healthy blogs, being fitness, healthy foods, vegetarianism, psychology and motivational tips and tricks. Full credit to their respective owners. I post things that can be of used and that can be free! So no excuses.
FitClick(beta). Another free website that uses diet, fitness and weight loss tools to help you reach your goals. You can socialize with other members from the website and you are also allowed to blog your progress. On here you can track your dietary intake, your activity levels, body measurements, you can even update your tweets on how well you are doing. You can find recipes by entering a certain ingredient, lets say, Chia Seeds? You will see 1,945 recipes that contain this one ingredient with the amount of time it takes to make, the nutritional information and how well-rated they are among the website. It also provides, exercises programs, workout plan and challenges for those who like to be competitive. They also provide an App for 3.99. Just remember thought, there aren’t enough tools out there that will make you get off your chair and make you work your butt off, it is all up to you. How willing you are to reach your fullest potential? how willing you are to get what you want? Now get up and go.

Her post are very genuine and she has come a long way from her personal struggles, it’s a reminder that everyone isn’t alone on this journey. Zoey is a reminder that everyone struggles in life but it depends on how you cope with it, it depends how you fight back. Check her blog and follow her, ask her anything and her posts will make you chuckle. Her progress has taken a year and it shows, she is passionate about loving her body which is something that should be emphasized for everyone. Love your body, find your balance.

It”s challenging exercise routine timed for 16mins 3 time per weeks for 12 weeks. The protocols goes for 50secs of as many reps you can do with 10second rest. This is intense it is the same notion to that of Tabata so it means that it isn’t for everyone, it’s probably the reason they have a disclaimer since this is probably best for those who are already no longer in the beginner level and can do perfect form. So go check it out if you are up for the challenge.

It will show you charts and will congratulate you on your achievement by giving you badges as motivation.Under exercises you can add the activities you’ve done or plan to do. It also allows you to take a fitness test.When you have done this it will guide you to a main goal, once you have chosen what you want it will ask you if you will be using equipment and finally it will ask you how many times per week with a serious of exercises you can do. You also are able to decide your nutrition plan and for a little extra help involve yourself in the community section to share their tips.

There are many online timers out there  but to be frank, I find them difficult to use. GainFitness_ This App and Website are a wonderful tool for getting fit. It’s simple and leaves little room for excuses. You can download the App to your phone and take it to the Gym or use it at home from your computer. It gives you options for the amount of time, fitness goal whether you are at home or at the gym.  It also includes options for training level and intensity. Remember that no matter high-tech your workout plans may be, it will not be enough to beat will-power. So get to it! The App’s download is FREE! 

Bodyrock is not just simply a fitness website but it’s considered a community. People on this site take their workout seriously. What I like most about this website is how the workouts are quick but intense. If you need modification they will give it to you and the body weight exercises are a no-excuse workouts so you can do them anywhere. It works and it will stick and it is addictive, when I said intense it will leave you out of breath! After all that is what we are looking for! The website is FREE! Enjoy! =)
